Creation of Breath



Sit simply with stillness and the breath. Close the eyes. Close the distractions and breath into the expanse of Self. After several waves of vital inhales, become open to the sensations. The world is no longer compressing this body. The physical body has a new vibration. The mental body experiences calmness and clarity. The spiritual body is more free to be expressive. Breath.

Let the Spine Take Flight



Along the spine travels an energy channel, the Sushumna. One oftens allows the external tensions to manifest in the physical generating blockages around this flow. Meditate, observe, and move freedom into the physical so this tension dissipates. Exploration through Yoga and experience how the spine and the reciprocating energy can be free to flow and take flight.
